4. Refund Policy

SundarIsle strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refund requests. Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for a refund.

Non-returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as in-ear headphones or ear pads that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred, after verifying the issue.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping: For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SundarIsle cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
